What Is a Superflex Trade Calculator?
A superflex trade calculator values a trade for leagues where one flex spot can hold a quarterback. Because a second quarterback can start, quarterbacks are scarcer and worth more than in a standard 1QB league. This dynasty superflex trade calculator starts with Dynasty and Superflex turned on, and values players and rookie picks on one scale scored for your league.
Add players and picks to each side, check your scoring, TE premium and league size, and read the verdict: who wins and by what percentage.
Why QBs Are Worth More in Superflex
Every value on this site is measured against a replacement-level starter: the points per game you could expect from the last player who would start at that position in a league like yours. The number of starters is set by your league size and lineup.
In a 12-team 1QB league, about 12 quarterbacks start, so the replacement QB is still solid and only the top few stand far above him. In superflex, close to two quarterbacks start per team, so the replacement level falls a long way. Each starting quarterback's margin over replacement grows, and their trade value grows with it. Running backs and receivers don't change much, so quarterbacks move up the chart relative to them.
Superflex vs. 2QB
The two formats are close but not the same. In a 2QB league, both quarterback spots are required, so every team must start two. In superflex, the extra spot can hold a QB, RB, WR or TE, and most managers put a quarterback there because quarterbacks usually score the most. This calculator treats superflex as a format where the second QB spot is filled most weeks, which makes it a fair stand-in for 2QB leagues too.
How to Use the Superflex Trade Calculator
- Search a player or a pick, such as 2027 1st, and add it to Team A or Team B.
- Check the settings bar: Dynasty and Superflex are on. Set scoring, TE premium and league size.
- Read the verdict and the gap. Under 5% is a fair trade; 5% to 15% is a slight edge; above 15% one side wins.
- Copy the share link to send the trade to your league.

Same Trade, Different Answer
A trade that gives up a starting quarterback for a running back and a receiver can look fair in a 1QB league and lopsided in superflex. To see it for yourself, build the trade here, then switch Lineup to 1QB in the settings bar and watch the verdict change. The dynasty trade calculator starts in 1QB if that is your format.
The same limits apply as everywhere on the site: values come from game statistics only, with no trade-market signal, so they will not match crowd-sourced superflex values. Injuries and role changes are not modeled. See how values work for the full method, or go back to the trade analyzer for redraft leagues.
Superflex Trade Calculator FAQ
What's the difference between superflex and 2QB?
In superflex, the extra flex spot can hold a QB, RB, WR or TE. In 2QB leagues, two quarterback spots are required. This calculator values superflex lineups by treating the second QB spot as a likely starter.
Should I trade my QB in superflex?
Only if you get back more value than you give up under your settings. Starting quarterbacks are scarcer in superflex, so check the trade here and make sure you can still fill both QB spots.
How are rookie QB picks valued?
The 1st round is anchored to the current values, under your settings, of the most valuable players from the last three rookie classes, and later picks fall along a smooth curve by pick number. In superflex, young quarterbacks from those classes lift the value of every pick.
Does TE premium change superflex values?
Yes. TE premium adds points per tight end catch, which raises tight end values and shifts the whole scale. Pick None, +0.5 or +1.0 in the settings to match your league.
How often are values updated?
In the offseason we refresh at least monthly and again right after the NFL Draft. The date of the last update is shown above the calculator.
