These Terms of Use govern your use of fantasy-trade-calculator.pages.dev (the "Site"), operated by an independent developer ("we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What the Site does

The Site is a free fantasy football trade calculator. It estimates the value of players and draft picks under the league settings you choose and compares the two sides of a trade. No account is required.

2. For entertainment and information only

• Trade values and results are estimates produced by our own model from public game statistics. They can differ from other sources and can be wrong or out of date.
• Results are one data point for your own decision. They are not a recommendation to make or reject any trade.
• The Site is not betting or gambling advice. We do not accept wagers, offer prizes, or promote sportsbooks or daily fantasy sports operators.

3. No affiliation

The Site is independent. It is not affiliated with or sponsored by the National Football League (NFL), the NFL Players Association (NFLPA), any NFL team or player, Sleeper, ESPN, or Yahoo. Team and player names are used only to identify them. All trademarks belong to their owners.

4. Data sources

Player statistics come from nflverse (CC BY 4.0). We transform these statistics into trade values; nflverse does not produce our values. See the How values work page for details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, copy, or redistribute the Site's value data in bulk, or use automated means that place an unreasonable load on the Site;
• interfere with the Site's operation or security;
• use the Site in violation of any law.

6. Our content

The Site's design, code, text, and our computed values are owned by us, except third-party data and trademarks noted above. The nflverse statistics remain available under their own terms (CC BY 4.0).

7. Features not yet available

Some features, such as league sync, may be shown as "coming soon". They are not available for purchase, and clicking them does not create any order or obligation. See the Refund Policy.

8. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise the Site will be available or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its results, including outcomes in any fantasy league or contest.

10. Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any feature at any time. We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator resides, unless mandatory consumer law of your country says otherwise. Before filing any claim, please contact us first at hello@howtallai.com so we can try to resolve it informally.
